Top-Five Finish At Five Flags Speedway

June 27, 2025 – Five Flags Speedway – Pensacola, FL

Jett Noland Motorsports rolled into Pensacola, Florida, this past week for the latest race of the Southern Super Series, competing in the Deep South Cranes Blizzard Series at the legendary Five Flags Speedway. With temperatures high and competition even hotter, the team was eager to continue honing the car into the optimal racing machine. We spent Thursday in the pits focusing on the No. 50 car’s longevity, knowing Five Flags track demands consistency over the course of a race.

After prepping for endurance and landing 13th overall in practice, the team switched gears to improve speed. The plan paid off early, with Jett qualifying 4th and starting Friday night’s race from 3rd on the grid. Once the green flag dropped, it was all about raw speed. The field was stacked with some of the best in the game, and the fight for the top was intense from the start. Within the opening laps, the top three positions were claimed and locked down, leaving little room to challenge for the podium. But Jett put everything he had on the track.

Running a tight, composed race, Jett maintained his new pace and position, eventually crossing the line in 5th. A strong finish and a well-earned spot in the top five, given the stiff competition. “We had a good car thanks to my team and our sponsors,” Jett said after the race. “When we come back to Pensacola, we hope to make up those four spots. Got a little bit more work to do with the car, but can’t wait to go back!”

Crew Chief Jimmy echoed the sentiment: “The car showed some good speed all weekend, and we are happy with the progress we made. We have some work to do, but we’ll be back with more improvements.”

While a podium was just out of reach this time, we’re proud of the way our team executed, adjusted, and fought hard to bring home a solid finish. Each race brings new lessons—and we’re taking all of them into the next round of the Southern Super Series. Huge thanks to Cohen Law Group and Noland’s Roofing, our partners, and to each of you for keeping us competitive week after week.
