Weekend Preview – Hart to Heart 100 at New Smyrna Speedway

October 14, 2020 – Jett Noland will be back behind the wheel this weekend as he and the Anthony Campi Racing crew will be tackling the Hart to Heart 100 at New Smyrna Speedway. This marks the third Southern Super Series start of 2020 for the 2019 Rookie of the year Runner up.

“I’m thrilled to be heading back to New Smyrna Speedway this weekend,” said Noland. “We’ve run so well there this year. I honestly think this could be our best opportunity to break through and pick up our first Southern Super Series victory.”

Saturday will be Noland’s first Super Late Model start since finishing third in the Clyde Hart Memorial in August. He bested the likes of Kyle Busch and Matt Craig that day.

“Anthony Campi and his crew have such a feel for this track and what our Noland’s Roofing – Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve Camry needs to get around it,” Noland continued. “It makes it easy for me to just go out and drive. Hopefully that means we can replicate the kind of results I know we’re capable of.”

Fans can watch the Southern Super Series Hart to Heart 100 Saturday night at New Smyrna Speedway. Gates open at 6:00pm with racing getting underway at 7:30. If unable to attend, the race will be streamed live on Speed51.TV.

Weekend Recap: Pensacola and Montgomery

August 3rd, 2020 – It was a busy weekend on the Gulf Coast for Jett Noland and the Anthony Campi Racing crew.

Friday night the weekend kicked off with the Southern Super Series Summer Sizzler 75 at Five Flags Speedway, where Jett was able to secure at 12th place finish in his return to Super Late Model competition.

After starting fifteenth on the evening, Noland quickly drove up to twelfth in the opening laps, though contact with Jeremy Pate on Lap 35 quickly stalled efforts to continue driving through the field.

“We had a great short run car,” Noland Said. “We didn’t anticipate the race running caution free for the most part. Combine that with the damage we received from contact with the 21 and we were kind of stuck in the water towards the end.”

While Friday night didn’t go exactly according to plan, Saturday at Montgomery Motor Speedway did as Noland was able to capitalize on great starting track position to pick up a third place finish.

“We were on the Money at Montgomery,” said Noland. “Once we got out front setting the pace I didn’t think anyone would catch us. But a few cautions hit late in the race and brought the field back to us. All in all I’m really happy with the results.”

Next up for Jett Noland and the Noland’s Roofing – Cypress ridge Hunting Preserve crew is a weekend at Road America in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Weekend Preview: Five Flags & Montgomery

July 30, 2020 – Two tracks, two classes, two days, and tons of action ahead this weekend as the Noland’s Roofing, Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve No.81 will be on full display as it takes on both Five Flags Speedway and Montgomery Motor Speedway in a short track double header with Jett Noland behind the wheel.

“I’m excited to get back behind the wheel of this Anthony Campi Racing No.81 this weekend,” said Noland. “It’s been a while since I’ve been behind the wheel the Super Late Model, but I have high hopes for what we can accomplish Friday night at Five Flags.”

While Noland’s return to Southern Super Series competition will be one thing, keeping the No.81 Pro Late Model in victory lane will be another Noland explains.

“Montgomery’s race on Saturday night is going to be a different challenge, seeing as some of Pro Late Model racing’s best will be there,” Noland continued. “We spent last week testing both cars and obviously come into this weekend with a little momentum from our win at Cordele. I think we’ve got a good shot at keeping the car in victory lane this weekend.”

Weekend Preview: Rattler 250

May 22, 2020 – Jett Noland and Jett Motorsports are at South Alabama Speedway for this weekend’s running of the 44th Annual Rattler 250 weekend where Noland will be driving both a Pro Late Model in Saturday’s Grasshopper Pro Late Model 125 and a Super Late Model in Sunday’s Rattler 250.

“I’m excited to be kicking off the 2020 Southern Super Series season this weekend with my Jett Motorsports Crew,” said Noland. “This series brings out the best of the best and it really gives me a chance to learn from some of the legends of Short Track Racing.”

This will be Noland’s second visit to South Alabama Speedway after finishing 10th in the 2019 edition.

“It gives me a lot of confidence to come back here,” Noland continued. “I feel as though I’ve stepped up my game since this time last year so it’ll be interesting to see the results on the track this weekend.”

Jett Noland Continues with Jett Motorsports in 2020

Groveland, FL (February 24, 2020) – After a successful start to the season at New Smyrna Speedway, Jett Noland will return with Jett Motorsports throughout the 2020 Southern Super Series regular season starting at the 44th Annual Rattler 250 at South Alabama Speedway on March 22nd.

“I love working with the guys at Jett Motorsports,” said Noland. “These guys put together fast race cars wherever we go. While I’m developing my racecraft in several disciplines this year, I know I can always count on these guys to show up to the racetrack with a solid piece.”

While Noland will be driving for Mike Cope Racing in Trans Am TA2 and Niece Motorsports in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series, he feels that he has a score to settle in the Southern Super Series after a strong rookie campaign.

“I think the Southern Super Series is the toughest Super Late Model Series in the country,” Noland continued. “You’ve got guys like Pollard, Roderick, and Dutilly out there who could be racing anywhere, but they choose this series because of the great competition. I want to come in and prove I can race with the best as I move up the ladder.”
