Noland is Hyped Up For The World Series at New Smyrna

February 3rd, 2021 – Jett Noland is set for his third straight year competing in the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing presented by Hype Motorsports. After a mildly successful run in 2020 picking up three Pro Late Model victories, Noland looks to improve upon those results with his newly formed alliance with Anthony Campi Racing.

“I’m hungry for wins this year,” said Noland. “So where better to kickoff the season than at my favorite track for 14 races in nine nights?. I’m excited to get behind the wheel of our Noland’s Roofing – Cypress Ridge No.81 Super Late Model and our Hype Motorsports No.81 Pro Late Model and show these guys what we’re made of.”

With NASCAR in town, but not hitting the high banks of Daytona until Tuesday February 9th, all eyes will be on the 1/2-mile high-banked short track just miles down the road.

“If the Snowball Derby is our Superbowl, then the World Series is like, well, our World Series,” said Noland. “It’s nine nights of everyone trying to prove their the best in front of sell out crowds and a national TV audience. If you win here people remember it for a long time.”

If fans are unable to witness The World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing presented by Hype Motorsports in person, all nine nights of racing will be streamed live on NBC Trackpass Gold.

The list of drivers that have competed there include Darrell Waltrip, Rusty Wallace, and some of NASCAR’s greatest. I know this Anthony Campi Racing crew. We will have every chance to break through and pick up a crown jewel victory. That’s exactly what we’re setting out to do.”

Racing the Best

Sunday’s 300 lap feature will throw everything from tire management, to pit stops, long green flag runs, and more at a field of some of the nations best Super Late Model Drivers.

“You’ve got Bubba Pollard, Stephen Nasse, Chandler Smith, Willie Allen, Matt Craig, and 20 other cars that have pre-entered and any one of them could win, Noland continued. It’s as competitive as the Derby. To beat a field like that is a career defining moment and I think we’re ready for it.”

Welcome Southern Creek Clothing

This weekend also marks the kickoff to Noland’s partnership with Southern Creek Clothing Company. Based in Geneva, Alabama, Southern Creek is one of the fastest growing outdoor apparel companies in the Southeast.

“I’m so excited to have Southern Creek kick off their partnership with us this weekend, said Jett. These guys represent everything the All American 400 is about. Good times, good food, and some classic country music. I want to win this for Landon and his team.”

Fans can watch the Noland’s Roofing – Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve Toyota hit the high banks all three days of the 36th Annual All American 400 live on Speed51.TV. Weekend Recap: Trans-Am at Virginia International Raceway

September 28, 2020 – It was a tough weekend for Jett Noland the Mike Cope Racing No.66 crew at Virginia International Raceway. After showing signs of speed Friday afternoon in Practice, electrical gremlins plagued the team during both feature races.

“It was a tough weekend for sure, said Noland. Saturday we started 10th, moved up to 9th and then the engine started cutting out under caution. Then we had to bring the Noland’s Roofing ride back down pit road and had to get it fixed up. I was thrilled that we drove back up to tenth after that.

Once the race was over, the Mike Cope Racing guys obviously went back over the car to make sure the issue was fixed, but unfortunately come Sunday we battled issues the whole race. You’ll have that sometimes, but I know my guys back at the shop are going to go over this thing with a fine tooth comb before Circuit of the Americas. We’ll get them then.”

Though the next Trans Am event isn’t until November, Noland will be keeping the driver’s seat warm. October 10th he’ll be competing in the Winchester 400 with Mike Cope Racing. Then he’ll be racing in St. Petersburg with the Stadium Super Trucks the weekend of the 24th. Stay tuned to for details on his schedule.

Noland will have two chances at picking up his first Trans Am Series victory this weekend. The Trans Am TA-2’s will be racing Saturday Afternoon and Sunday morning.

Though he hasn’t turned a single lap of practice at VIR. Noland confesses he’s been working on the racing simulator to get up to speed.

“We’ve been putting in a lot of hours on our simulator,” Noland continued. “While it’s not an exact match to the racecourse, it gives you an idea as to where your shift points are and how hard you can attack the corners. We only get a hand full of practice sessions this weekend so we want to make sure they count.”

It’s bound to be an exciting event this weekend at one of America’s most beautiful race courses. While we encourage fans to visit VIR in person. Fans can watch Jett race in the Trans Am TA-2 Series Saturday from 1:45pm – 3:00pm and Sunday starting at 11:05am on the Trans Am App.

August 19, 2020 – Jett Noland and Anthony Campi Racing will team up once again this weekend to tackle the Pro Late Model 50 at New Smyrna Speedway. The last time these two partnered up at the high banked halfmile was June 20th, where Jett picked up his third win of the 2020 racing season. Now the two will look to put on a clinic once again.

“I love working with Anthony,” said Noland. “He does such a great job of getting the best out of me and the car. Weekend Recap: Pensacola and Montgomery

August 3rd, 2020 – It was a busy weekend on the Gulf Coast for Jett Noland and the Anthony Campi Racing crew.

Friday night the weekend kicked off with the Southern Super Series Summer Sizzler 75 at Five Flags Speedway, where Jett was able to secure at 12th place finish in his return to Super Late Model competition.

After starting fifteenth on the evening, Noland quickly drove up to twelfth in the opening laps, though contact with Jeremy Pate on Lap 35 quickly stalled efforts to continue driving through the field.

“We had a great short run car,” Noland Said. “We didn’t anticipate the race running caution free for the most part. Combine that with the damage we received from contact with the 21 and we were kind of stuck in the water towards the end.”

While Friday night didn’t go exactly according to plan, Saturday at Montgomery Motor Speedway did as Noland was able to capitalize on great starting track position to pick up a third place finish.

“We were on the Money at Montgomery,” said Noland. “Once we got out front setting the pace I didn’t think anyone would catch us. But a few cautions hit late in the race and brought the field back to us. All in all I’m really happy with the results.”

Next up for Jett Noland and the Noland’s Roofing – Cypress ridge Hunting Preserve crew is a weekend at Road America in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

Race Preview: Trans-AM at Brainerd

July 8, 2020 – Jett Noland and Mike Cope Racing are back at it this weekend as the Trans Am TA-2 Series rolls into Brainerd, Minnesota looking to capitalize on forward momentum made at Mid-Ohio.

“I’m excited to get back into the Trans-Am Car,” said Noland. “We did really well last time out at Mid-Ohio for not ever seeing the track before regardless of the outcome. I think we can do that here again at Brainerd.”

What makes Jett so confident?

“I have a great team behind me,” Noland continued. “These boys at Mike cope racing build the best cars in Trans Am hands down. Then look at my sponsors, Noland’s roofing is the biggest roofing company in the State of Florida. I get to represent them on a national platform. That’s amazing. I know I need to go out there and represent them along with all the men and women who work at Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve, and show the results that we’re capable of.”

While many would say that’s a lot of pressure on a 16 year old driver, that’s the reality of being a professional race car driver in 2020.

Fans can watch Jett race live on the Trans Am app and on Trans Am Timing and Scoring Sunday July 12th starting at 11:15am.

Race Recap: Trans AM at Mid Ohio

June 29, 2020 – Jett Noland competed in his second Trans AM TA-2 event this weekend at Mid-Ohio Sprots Car Course, picking up a 6th place finish in the process in his Mike Cope Racing Noland’s RoofingCypress Ridge Hunting Preserve Mustang.

While starting 8th in his first ever trip to Mid-Ohio, Noland quickly found a groove and patiently migrated his way through the field. As the clock zeroed in on the final 10 minutes of competition, the yellow flag came out for Rafa Matos coming to a stop on the track, which marked the end of the race. Though officials would throw the green flag after time had expired for a one lap showdown. In this lap Noland would get caught up with Mike Cope Racing teammate Misha Goikhberg. But it would be for not as race officials would refer back to the last lap run before the clock expired.

“I’m glad the race officials reviewed the tape and got the call right,” said Noland. “After what happened at Sebring, these boys at Mike Cope Racing have worked too hard to have the race end like that again. I’m happy for my teammate Thomas Merrill on picking up the victory.”

While many wonder if things are good between Noland and Goikhberg, Noland quickly smiled.

“Yeah, we’re good. He had an issue on the final lap, unfortunately we got involved. But he’s fine, we’re fine, and we’re ready to get after it in the next round.”

The Trans Am Series Presented by Pirelli rolls on to Brainerd, Minnesota July 10-12 for it’s next competition. Stay tuned to for schedule updates on where the Noland’s Roofing – Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve ride will be next.
