December 31, 2020 – 2020 was a break out year for Jett Noland. Three victories and a Trans Am Series TA-2 Rookie of the Year title.
Yet, the stats only scratch the surface for Noland. The 17 year old was scheduled to make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut and focus on the Southern Super Series Super Late Model schedule. Though, as a pandemic engulfed the country, Noland’s plans pivoted to focus on developing his craft when and where available.
Early in the season Noland joined forces with Mike Cope Racing for the Trans Am Series TA-2 season, where he would see great success, ending the year fifth in overall season points. The highest finishing first year driver, Noland happily claimed the 2020 Rookie of the Year title as well as a podium finish in the season finale at Road Atlanta.
Early in the year Noland picked up his first victory behind the wheel of a Pro Late Model at New Smyrna Speedway. Then joined forces with Anthony Campi Racing to fine tune his craft behind the wheel on America’s Short Tracks. Results were immediate as he quickly picked up a victory at Cordele Speedway followed by another checkered flag at New Smyrna.
We would like to thank all of our great partners Noland’s Roofing, Cypress Ridge Hunting Preserve, West Orange Roofing, and Southern Creek Clothing for their support.
While 2021 plans are still being finalized, Jett looks forward to returning behind the wheel and putting on a show for his fans. Happy New Year! We look forward to seeing you all at the track!
